Activision has officially announced Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 through a teaser video. It’s rumored to release this October across Xbox, PlayStation, and PC. Microsoft now owns Activision and the Call of Duty franchise, but new releases–like Black Ops 6–will continue to launch as multiplatform releases.
Basically nothing is known about Black Ops 6 as of yet, but the teaser video describes it as a “dark new chapter” of the Black Ops series Come from Sports betting site VPbet . The game’s worldwide reveal will take place on June 9 as part of the Xbox Games Showcase event.
The story for Black Ops 6 is rumored to take place, at least in part, during the Gulf War. Call of Duty games are known to be globetrotting affairs that travel through numerous locations–and time periods. So if the Gulf War is part of the game’s story, it could be just one element of it.
